Founder and Director Rachael White holds a BA Hons in Landscape Architecture and has over 20 years’ experience in Garden and Landscape design. She uses her deep understanding of natural landscapes to design and create outdoor spaces that are fit for contemporary living, whilst honouring and working in harmony with the surrounding countryside. Her energy, dedication to detail and abundant contacts within the industry, ensure a beautifully crafted and professional finish to all of the landscapes that she creates. She endeavours to leave a timeless legacy for generations to come.

Isabelle van Lennep is a qualified Landscape Architect with over 18 years’ experience in Garden and Landscape design, estate management and garden maintenance. At RWD, Isabelle is responsible for the high-quality production of 3D digital graphics, plan drawings and project visualisations. Her extensive technical, design and horticultural knowledge is integral to the soft landscape planning stages of the designs.

Rebecca Hamilton has a strong background in finance and accounting having supported many businesses over the years. At RWD Rebecca is responsible for all financial control and social media, together with assisting Rebekah and Rachael with project management.

Rebekah Gregson has extensive experience across all aspects of office administration and management, with a structured mind that lends itself to procedural competency. At RWD Rebekah assists Rachael with project management and the general running of the landscaping side of the business.

Zsolt Laszlo has worked with Rachael White Designs since 2008, heading up the landscape building and construction team. He heads up a team of up to 18 people, with a variety of high-level building, landscaping, and bespoke construction skills, as well as various individuals with specialised skills, ensuring that we are able to deliver on all aspects of your build.
