RHS Chelsea Flower Shows
Our Chelsea journey began back in 2014, when we first dipped our toes into this inspiring world by helping plant up the flagship Telegraph Garden, designed by the brilliant Tommaso del Buono and Paul Gazerwitz of Del Buono Gazerwitz Landscape. The garden was awarded Gold, and it was an unforgettable introduction to the behind-the-scenes magic of Chelsea.
In 2016 and 2017, we returned to create two large trade stand gardens in support of sculptor Hamish Mackie, whose wildlife sculptures deserved a setting as considered and beautiful as the pieces themselves. We had an amazing spot – right at the top of Main Avenue, looking down over all the show garden, which spurred us on to push our design even further. In 2016, we told the story of a wildlife journey through the countries that inspired Hamish’s work, anchored by a stunning family of deer. The aim was to ensure each sculpture sat effortlessly within the naturalistic planting. We were awarded a 4-star Silver Gilt — missing Gold by one missing light in a corner (valuable feedback we took to heart!).
In 2017, we returned with a new focus on the owl as Hamish’s latest piece, designing a gallery-inspired indoor space that showcased each sculpture individually. Outside, we carried through our signature organic planting, with real attention to detail and craftsmanship. That year, our efforts were recognised with a 5-star Gold award, which was a real high point.
Having had the privilege of learning from the best and gaining so much hands-on experience, we’re now incredibly excited to share that we’re preparing to take centre stage with a main show garden of our own in 2026.
This garden will be a deeply personal expression of our values: resilience, regeneration, and the enduring ties between memory and place. It will be a testament to how nature reinvents and restores and how we can design in harmony with it.
Watch this space…
